**NEW COMPANY**

The board of Oban Bay Marine Ltd. would like to thank our members and supporters of the project for their continuing moral and financial support, without which we would be unable to continue.

As previously announced, work to incorporate a Community Interest Company Limited by Shares, known as “Oban Bay Marine Community Interest Company “ has been completed; more details will follow soon.

At the OBM AGM in March 2011, Special Resolutions were adopted to incorporate a Community Interest Company Limited by Shares, to be known as “Oban Bay Marine Community Interest Company “

Proposals adopted by way of Special Resolution :
a. That the name of the Company be changed from Oban Bay Marine to Oban Bay Marine 2007
b. That on a date after the date of incorporation of Oban Bay Marine Community Interest Company ,the Directors be authorised to wind up the Company known as Oban Bay Marine 2007, and to transfer its assets to Oban Bay Community Interest Co

Current Members will have the opportunity to have their memberships transferred to the new company; full details of new company membership will follow in due course.
